What is the Prime Membership?

The Carolina Complete Dental Prime Membership is not insurance, but a dental discount plan that we service right here in-house! There are no waiting periods, no deductibles, and no maximums. In many ways, our Prime Membership is even better than insurance!

1 extra emergency exam per household
50% off sealants (adult or child)

WHAT DOES CCD PRIME COST?

Single person can enroll for $420/year
2 people can enroll for $820/year
Each additional patient that enrolls on the plan pays $250/year
1 Periodontal patient can enroll for $820/year
(*Perio plan includes 4 perio maintenance cleanings per year)

These prices apply to members of the same household up to two adults and children ages 0 to 18 years of age.
